Needed a new circuit breaker, technician came and said I didn’t need it just an adjustment. Cost $200.00. Later that day had the same problem, called back. And technician brought the new circuit breaker and proceeded to charge me for the new part (approximately $100.00) and then ADDED the $200.00 house call. I complained as I told them that I needed a new circuit at the on set. Technician called back to his office to explain and after some discussion they agreed to take off one of the $200.00 service calls. Villa Hills has been requesting that i rate my experience….as my mother would say : if you can’t say something nice, say nothing at all. Villa Hills hope you are satisfied with my review and you trying to charge me a double service call. Please do not ask me to review my experience with your company. After the technician finally replaced the circuit breaker as per my request, everything worked properly.

Craig was absolutely incredible in his workmanship and diligence in installing my outdoor Sauna. He spent the entire day on site, and even with constant problems presenting themselves, Craig worked through them with intentionality and professionalism. I would recommend VHE and Craig to my friends and family any day.

Really knowledgeable about best solutions and he had suggestions for later electrical improvements. I don’t expect that i’d need a callback. He was careful, courteous and efficient. nd the work was done right, the first time. The cost was reasonable, too. What a find!

We had VH electric out to run new electric outlets and lines for my business. They put in two lines, 2 outlets, and swapped the electrical head on a laser welder for me. They came out next day for a quote and did the install the day after. Super professional, timely, and even cleaned up after themselves. I’ll be using them again in the future!
