I stopped to get fuses and John came out to the house immediately and got our hot water back on. We had them out a couple days later and again the service was top notch. We have used them for decades and are always happy.

I had this company fix a stupid mistake that I made. The repair was quickly taken care of with no snickering so, I would consider him very professional. Definitely try this company!

Called them to replace some bathroom ceiling fans. They answered and said someone would call me back later that day to discuss. But they did not call. A few days later I did get a call back which was nice and the man asked a few questions about the fans I wanted like to install ones with a light or not. Then he said he’d call me back when they figured out when they could come out to install. I asked if he could give me a time frame and he seemed irritated and said “in the next few days” without giving me a concrete day or time. I never heard from them again. Apparently they don’t want my business. Disappointing to be blown off.
