I had an appointment set up for today. I had to work but I had my sister stay at my house and wait. Nothing then 10 mins before 4pm they call and say he won’t be here till after 4 and then 5:30 hits and now they are saying they won’t be here at all. Not reliable and not professional. I was told I would have someone out today because I am going on vacation and wanted my flood light working. Very irritated.

This is the second time I have used WireOne services. Lane has been here for both times. Lane is professional and very thorough asking questions to ensure he does the right actions. As I am not an electrician, he provided me with options that I might prefer and that is very helpful. My experiences with WireOne have been great and I will use them again when needed.

**They are being investigated by the Iowa Attorney General for price gouging and have many BBB complaints and negative reviews from DCFS, just FYI** I was charged their emergency fee of $299 twice when they did not fix the issue the first time, they claim they did not know the issue and they are refusing to refund. They charge $329 just for diagnostics. Overall it was $1400 just to replace a breaker switch and a light switch. They also tried to upsale other services and charged a $20 fee I was not aware of, and told me it was not their practice to inform people of this fee. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

My girlfriend called this company to help her with electrical issues… not only did they charge her $350 for a DIAGNOSTIC FEE, $319 for an EMERGENCY DISPATCH FEE (TWICE!!!) because they didn’t fix the problem the first time, and kept trying to upsell her other services to fix different things in her house costing $200+ each specific thing. This company was not transparent, they were not helpful when she called to see if they could waive her fee, and her final bill was well over $1,300+ for them to fix a light switch and a breaker switch, and then just told her that her only issue was too many space heaters plugged into the wrong areas. This is price gouging and exploiting people in a crisis, and I’m extremely disappointed. Will NEVER recommend this company to ANYONE.

Lane and Skittles were the young men who came to install electrical stuff for a gas range.They came in two days, as opposed to the weeks waiting other companies had. They really do go above and beyond your expectations. I was very pleased with their service and highly recommend them. Thanks again, Lane and Skittles
