Service started in May. Still on going because they use we will get to you when we can. Talked to better business, which Burke stated plan on getting to me. Last time was on Dec 8 Chad stated be there in 15 min., texted my address, i called Burke 3 more time that day plus texted chad. I waited over 4 days for a call back to hear excuse wrong town. No consideration to call after 15min.on December 8. day. of sorry which is now Dec 21, still no show. This statement is what they told Better business she called multiple times, each time I relayed the message to her that when they had time and were in the area that they would stop by, and each time I sent the message to the owner. However we have been tied up on multiple large jobs and we are a very small single owner business with only two employed electricians and her residence is over an hour from our location. We have not been in her area all fall and were unable to get to her during normal business hours. Call left message still no response from Burke. In one of the areas they worked on gets warm am concerned of FIRE. How long is to long to wait for burke to use good business pratice.

Drive like completely incompetent, ignorant human beings with complete disregard for others safety on the road. 80+ in a 55mph zone double passing while others were trying to pass. Great way to advertise business.
