At first, I was worried because I had to leave a message to get somebody to call me back, but they called me back within minutes. They sent a technician within two hours to fix an air conditioner. That kind of service does doesn’t happen anymore. well done. They were in communication before and after the visit!

We had a few toilets that kept running, we called Dalton plumbing and scheduled a time for them to come out and take a look. Lance was on time very professional, got right to work and he fixed the issue, we are very happy with the quality of the work.

Lance came by for what we thought was a drain block, but he was able to find the actual issue which is a result of the last homeowners DIY. He was able to explain specifics without me prompting and break down exactly what needed to happen and why. Very knowledgeable!
