Craig Brown and his crew wired my house when it was built, then wired my addition and my basement when finished. They were very responsive, helpful, professional and courteous. Brown Electric is the only company I will use.

Craig called and pushed appt back from 8 to 10, no big deal. 11 rolls around after have been waiting since 9:45 after 6 calls and 2 voicemails I finally call a different company to come out. Never using brown electric

Showed up, went over things…and never reached back out! Like most people have said about this electrician, he is interested in making money off you, but has ZERO interest in getting back to you to do the job. 2022, contractors MUST have professionalism. Don’t use this guy, use some other electrician folks.

Asked Brown Electric to give us a quote on installing some outdoor outlets and give a look at wiring as we were having some micro outages. At first it was great, he came out told us that Alliant needed to update our power line and the outdoor outlets shouldn’t be a problem. Weeks go by without another word so I give a call and talk to Craig and asked for our quote. He said “I’m not giving you the quote.” When I asked why he just repeated, “I’m not giving it to you, I have no time.” If he didn’t have time to do the job they shouldn’t of wasted mine and said this before coming out. Also maybe being more professional and saying on the call that he is overbooked and can’t make the job at this time would be better perceived than saying, “I’m not doing it.” If you want professionalism I’d look elsewhere.

Use him twice ,1st time my house great, fare price, did a good job, 2nd time step stepdaughters house, charged 100. 00 more then quote, didnt put new electrical wire on fuse breaker, straight out main power source, man has a attitude problem speaking to him on phone about situation. Won’t use again .

Came out to the house to give an estimate. Called three times over a period of 3 Weeks asking about the estimate, talked to his assistant. Called and reached Craig the owner week 4 and he said he had lost the paperwork and would come out the next night never show up. Could have saved me time and just told me he didn’t want the job when he was at my house or any other time. Job was for replacing my panel so it wasn’t just a trivial job.
