They came to our home in December 2023 to provide an estimate for electrical work that we needed done. They spent a few hours in our home and were very thorough. With the holidays coming up, we understood that even though they said they would get back to us with an estimate to complete work before the holidays that they may not. They didn’t, and after we checked in after the new year Sarah apologized the family had been sick. She stated that they would give us the estimate that same week. We heard nothing and I sent another message mid January inquiring again with no response. I waited and tried again months later in April. She messaged back mid April saying “Ohhh my gosh Logan I can’t even apologize enough and there is no plausible excuse! I would most definitely like the opportunity…. I have to gather my paperwork and see what numbers I had put together” I messaged back a few days later asking when we should expect to hear back. Last message I sent was five days later officially deciding to move on with another company. The only reason I stuck with them for so long was because they charged us $270 in December for the estimate that they ultimately never provided to us. In my last message, I asked that they reimburse us the $270 that they charged us for services that they did not provide. No response. Other reviews show that this is a theme.

I am beyond amazed at the quality of Sarah Belocks work ethic and attention to detail. She went above and beyond the initial problems we were dealing with and then fixed no-no’s that other supposedly good electricians did to my house. I am overwhelmed with how much she cares. I will never call anyone but her and you shouldn’t either!

I purchased a fan at Lowes against the advice of several electricians until I found out Lowes will provide an installer with the purchase at a fixed price.. They use Angi’s List and set up an appointment with Affordable Electrician LLC. After several tries I was able to establish contact with Sarah. They (Sarah and Seth) removed our 32 year old very heavy Casablanca fan and replaced it with a new Hunter. They showed up at the appointed time and did a very professional job. I would use them again in a heartbeat. I loved the fact that the job had a fixed cost as set by Lowes and Angi. The cost was about half

As Marcus suggested in a review prior to mine, they were very nice in person but completely failed to respond, meet simple deadlines, communicate in a reasonable manner, and follow-up or follow-through on anything discussed. It’s long, but read below if you want to find out how you will be treated. -October 3rd; they came out our house, spent several hours, offered us rough options, suggestions. Stated they would provide a quote within a week. We were excited to work with them as they were both very kind and seemed to care to do good work. -1 Week later; No quote, no call. -Another week later October 17th; I call them, leave a message with their answering service requesting a callback or a quote. Verified my email. -3.5 weeks later on November 9th; I call them again. Sarah answers, and I am still polite despite being frustrated with lack of communication and response. I receive excuse regarding losing email address, generally being very busy. I receive an excuse about her child handling her phone and losing my number. Sarah states my quote is 90% complete, but needs to get a price estimate on replacement of electric box (something they stated was essentially required to work on house, and large portion of initial quote discussion). Sarah suggests it will take 1 hour to do this quote, but maybe a couple additional hours to add the estimate for this box replacement (again, originally discussed). I verify she will still send the quote tonight, to which she says she would. -1 day later November 10th; No quote. Answering service took message asking for the quote. They verified they had my correctly spelled email since the beginning. I request a callback or a quote as discussed. – 3 days later (Today); No quote, no call. This is how you will be treated – if they want to be busy with another job that perhaps pays more or is more convenient, be prepared to be completed ignored, forgotten, gas-lit, or simply not cared about enough to even receive a phone call or response.

We had lights, outlets, electrical wiring, heater, security cam/floodlight installed in our garage. Wonderful company to deal with, quick to respond, easy to work with and couldn’t ask for a better experience. Sarah & Seth did an exceptional, wonderful job at a very affordable price. They came to look at my project and I never got my quote. Even after calling and leaving messages multiple times and an email, I got no response. As someone with a deadline on my project, as most projects have, it was a huge waste of time. Do not recommend.
