Overall, our experience was great. They did mis-schedule us, but were extremely apologetic and were able to get a new appointment scheduled relatively quickly. The guys who did the work were very pleasant and professional and seemed to get a decently sized job done pretty quickly. They also did excellent work. The only other knock would be that when we had our estimate done, we had a couple of other small tasks that we had estimates for and on the day of the project, there was no mention of it. When asked, the gents who were there to do the main job didn’t have any knowledge about the smaller jobs. The overall experience was great and they came in much cheaper than we had already been quoted. I’d definitely use Crossroads Electric again!

We had some electrical issues after a recent round of storms and were given Crossroads info, which came highly recommended. They came out same day as initial contact and got to work. Very kind and professional people. Would recommend them to anyone I know!

They called back, gave an estimate when they said they would, and showed up to do the work when they said they would. Do yourself a favor if you need electrical work done and call Crossroads!

We had electrical emergency and they came the next morning at 8am ready to see what they could do to get our home back to code and the electricity turned back on ASAP. They also inspected our whole house and made several upgrades and brought our 1920s full up to date electrical wise. They also worked with us to minimize dust and make as minimal holes in the walls. Would highly recommend working with them.
