I have now used them for plumbing, and heating services. In both cases, their services were honest, and transparent. Doug did a great job with my plumbing needs. Michael was engaging, answered questions, and made suggestions that were helpful in extending the life of my HVAC equipment. I’m new to the area, but have found a new HVAC and plumbing company. As an update to my previous review, I had a fairly old furnace and decided to get it replaced before cold weather made it a crunch. We were treated very well by Paul. The installers were running about 15 minutes late, but had the curtesy to call and let us know. The installers were Tim, Dean, and Rhead. They were awesome. They were considerate every step of the way. They are yet another reason I can continue to give Maglish a full 5 stars.

Tim and Dean installed a new furnace and AC unit for us. They did an awesome job during the two days they were here. Very pleased overall with everyone we’ve worked with at Maglish.

I called in to see if I could a service for my AC. I understand it was last minute but my AC went out. So dispatch said they could come out next Tuesday for their earliest appointment. Dispatch said they could come out after hours today mind you I called at 8:00am but there will be a 30% up charge for the technician to come out 😂 so i asked that you could get me a appointment today?only if its after hours and you charge me 30%. She proceeded yes. (My opinion only) you couldn’t get me into a appointment slot today but if it’s after hours they could 😂 so they can charge you 30%. I would not recommend even calling this company for your HVAC needs. RussCo came out within 30 minutes and fix my problem.

Thank you for the very quick service. Maglish is always very reliable and professional. They replaced my 20 year old furnace with a new carrier. I called Paul and he was out within a few hours to give me an estimate. Then Tim and Dean arrived the very next morning to install a new one. Tim and Dean are just great. They are nice and friendly and did a very professional job. I’m completely happy with my new furnace.

As always Maglish performs first class customer service in every aspect. Today Collin and Dillon arrived precisely on time to perform our annual AC maintenance inspection. Both gentleman were extremely professional and courteous, just like all the other visits we’ve had from Maglish. Thanks again for being our dependable HVAC source. As I’ve mentioned before it always starts with the friendly personnel in the office. Such a pleasure speaking with an individual and not a voice message. Thank you!
