Here is your response: Our air conditioner stopped working on a Sunday evening, we were worried we were going to have to wait until Monday. I took a chance and called and Paul answered, he was very kind and sympathetic to our situation. He said- you’re in the membership plan so we will get someone out there. I was so happy Julio explained that to us when he was out here last time and we signed up. I will continue to sign up for that plan every year. We have had Julio the last few times we got service. Julio is awesome! He takes the time to explain to us what needs to be done and why. We trust Julio very much and are happy when we see him pull in the driveway.! He gets 5 stars!

My bi annual maintenance check up went beautifully. Jesus was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I count on Home Comfort to keep my A/C and Furnace running perfectly.

The tech was amazing and went over and a over with the level of service. We were out of town and he put our trash cans back to the house for us. Awesome level of service. Also did a thorough job with the AC as well.

I would put 0 stars if I could. Had Home Comfort out to fix our AC unit that went out. We had told them multiple times that we were just trying to fix our existing unit and not invest in a whole new system. The technician came out and said the repair would be $700, so he did the “repair” and started packing up his things without even checking inside if the air was working ok. The “fix” he did had already stopped working again within a couple minutes before he even left, so my fiancée told him and instead of looking for further issues or fixes, he said he could have someone out later in the day to quote an entire new unit, which was the exact opposite of our goal and now we were out $700. On top of that, my fiancée was the only one home at the time when he showed up and he made several weird, completely unprofessional comments to my fiancée that made her very uncomfortable and made me very mad. Asking about her perfume several times throughout the service and saying it reminded him of his ex girlfriend, having her stay outside with him during the service because he “liked to talk”, asking about me (her fiancé) and if she liked me. Completely unacceptable behavior from someone that’s supposed to be professional and there to do a job. Seemed like he was more interested in talking to her than trying to repair our unit. The very next day we had a different service company out and their technician fixed our unit within 30 minutes and charged us $150 and it’s been working perfect ever since. I will actively steer away anyone I know from ever using this company. Absolutely horrible in every way. Contacted customer service to try and get some reimbursement for such an awful experience and a fix that didn’t do anything, but was essentially told we were out of luck. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!

I’d give them a minus 1 if I could!!! System installed 5 years ago and everything is constantly wrong every season. Should of left this years ago.. Finally hired a good company to handle my issue that Home Uncomfortable can’t! And this company was great!!! Do yourself a big favor and don’t over pay and install with this company ever!!!!

We’ve been a member of the Home Comfort Experts’ Comfort Club for several years and we will continue. Michael P. was out at our home today for our twice-yearly inspection and he was outstanding–professional, honest, courteous and very knowledgeable. All the qualities you look for when someone is working on your HVAC system. I can tell you, too, they stand behind their products and their work. You can’t ask for more! You can consider us a Home Comfort Experts Lifer! 🙂

We have been using Home Comfort Experts for nearly a decade for our heating and cooling needs. Watching them expand from heating and cooling over to electrical and plumbing has been awesome. Their comfort club options are great and definitely help save money, especially on diagnostic calls. We recommend any time we can!
