My experience with Inpwr. Where to start? I’m a master electrician, both literally and with certification from the State of Florida. I have 20 years of experience across all types of jobs. I was hired as a site superintendent. Upon arrival, I was immediately put to work as a laborer, troubleshooting their mistakes and fixing them. In my first 6 weeks, all I did was fix the mistakes of their new installations. The work being done was far below what I would consider industry standard or workmanlike. I raised concerns to the others in leadership on the site, only to find out that NONE of them were electricians, and only 1 of them really knew what they were doing. I called out the poor quality and substandard effort in our daily meeting, as respectfully as possible, to the entire crew. Some did not like that, not that I cared, that’s my job. They immediately changed my position ( not to a site Superintendent which is what they hired me as, but as a liaison between the site maintenance and our team, and immediately started cutting me out of everything I had been involved in ( which was never much) and fired me a week later for supposed violation of their hot work policy, which I did not do, but not before I saw the inspector straight clown them for trying to use 4 separate grounding systems for a single service. They had to be told to bond them…. Then there were the theft(s). I had a brand new $600 Fluke meter stolen from me while I was no more than 100 yards away. And the day I was fired, the project leader must have put the word out before, as over $500 of my tools walked off my last day… All told I was with Inpwr for 7 weeks. Saw enough to recommend anyone steer clear of this company, but I think the top of this company is probably a lot better than on locations. Don’t be fooled by their promises or the money.

The climate and culture make this a great place to work. I know that the owners and have seen the owners care and concern for their employees and know if any of us needed them they would offer assistance in any way they could.

I have worked at InPwr for over a year now, and this is still the best company I have ever worked for! They are a true family and do what is best for all of their employees! I can honestly say I hope to retire from here!
