The other day we had a new furnace and central air unit installed by 3 very good gentleman. Guner, Gerardo, and Tyler this 3 man crew worked together like no other crew we’ve ever seen. Each one knew what was needed of him and they flowed perfectly. No one got in each other’s way, and they was right on schedule. I’m very pleased and happy with the work done and with Guner he was very helpful and answered all questions and went over everything to make sure we understood how it worked. My AC was not working properly and I had food to prepare for a church event, it was so hot in my house I could hardly stand it, so that evening I called Petterman and they said they would send someone out the next day. At 8:15 the next morning Josiah called and told me he would arrive in 45 minutes, He was so cheerful, and courteous and went to work, he found the problem and explained to me in detail the problem. He gave me different options to fix my AC and I selected a good one that fit my budget. Josiah was quick and efficient got all the work done and explained what I needed to do to make sure it would stay efficient for a long time. What do you do when you come home to your thermostat showing a temp of 81 and you can literally see that your A/C unit is not working? Freak out, of course. That’s where Peterman Brothers jumps in to save the day. My wife called at 130pm today and they were able to get us set up with a same day appointment to evaluate if it’s just an electrical issue, or if we’re going to need an entirely new A/C system. Jeremy came out this evening and has been a life saver! Within an hour, we had working A/C again. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and offered a thorough explanation of the various options we had on the table. Unfortunately, we are going to have to another appointment tomorrow to have the actual A/C unit evaluated, but Jeremy eased our concerns by explaining that any additional electrical work that we need can be packaged together as a bundle with any potential A/C work. Thank you so much Jeremy and Peterman Brothers for your transparent and honest work.

Maurice was absolutely amazing! He not only fixed our plumping issue but my kids were preparing for a lemonade stand and he purchased a cup and left a generous tip. We’ve been happy with Peterman Brothers every time we’ve used them!!
