Outstanding!! We had an emergency fire hazard with our breaker box sparking and needed it to be replaced last night (friday) they sent someone out so quick and he did a fantastic job of putting in a new box with in a few hours and they did not charge us an arm and a leg either!! Would highly recommend. I did not catch the guys name as my husband was the one that meet him cause we needed to leave the house, but who ever you are..bravo and thank you for your hard work on a late Friday night!!

We have used Frye Electric several times throughout the years. Today we had Braydon P and he came in and worked hard to diagnose what the issue was and correct it!! Very nice hard working young man! Excellent employee for Frye! Thank you

I contacted this company to schedule a time for them to send an electrician out to give me a quote to see if the range hood could be repaired or needed to be replaced. An older, grouchy man named Greg showed up. Took a few pictures, mumbled a few curse words about the brand of the existing hood and then said he would let me know the options in a few days. A week went by, didn’t hear back, so I called again. The reception, a women who was kind, transferred me to Greg. He said he’d have to look into more and they would contact me. It’s been 3 weeks never heard back. Honestly, they didn’t seem to take it seriously. I’m sure it’s a small job to them, but they state on theirs website “no job too small”. I’ll be contacting another company with better customer service.

We have used Frye Electric several times and have never been disappointed. We always request Chris because of his professionalism and knowledge. He’s the best of the best!! Most recently, Chris and Brayden P. replaced all of our can lights in our home (29) and put in a ceiling fan rough-in for our loft. Top notch service!!

They deserve 6 stars !!! The two technicians that can to my house to wire a sauna heater to a 30 amp breaker were courteous, professional, and treated my dog Jack with love.. I have owned 3 homes in Indiana. One was a foreclosure. I have delt with Ashpaugh Electric, Mr Sparkey, and one that’s not even in business anymore. I will need a upgraded breaker panel eventually. Frye Electric’s work quality and reasonable pricing will get them back to my home.

Man where to start. I have issues with my circuits for months. I broke down and called Frye electric and they got me together right before Xmas. They were punctual and professional. I had to have them come twice because they needed a tracer they didn’t have but then kinda waived some fees for the 2nd time, so that was really cool. I know electricap work is expensive but it was much less than I expected. When I have new projects coming in the spring, I will definitely be giving Frye electric a call!!! My go to electricians now.

We called Frye Electric after an attempt to change a light bulb in our 18′ ceiling resulted in the can light coming down a bit while trying to remove the bulb with a long-handled tool used for high ceilings. Since it appeared that the can was loose and needed to be reset or repaired we called Frye and explained the situation. We requested that they come repair the can and change the burnt out light bulb after the can was fixed. When the service techs arrived I explained the situation with the can and the burnt out bulb. I supplied them with a replacement bulb and they changed it then came down and said it was all fixed. I told them that the can still needed to be looked out because it had started coming out when we tried to unscrew the existing light bulb. They informed me that those cans always do that because of the way they are installed and affixed. They pull down and snap back up. The can did not need to be repaired. So the cost of the service call and the labor ended up being $190 – to change a light bulb. Frye’s customer service contacted me to see how the appointment went. I told them that we explained the situation with the can coming down a bit and the need to repair it to a service technician and that the possibility of this type of can coming out a bit even when installed correctly was never mentioned. And I told her that we would not have requested them to come out if we had been informed of that possibility. Instead, we ended up paying $190 for the change of a light bulb. She politely said that, yes that was a lot and she was sorry that the tech on the phone did not ask any questions about the type of can, or suggest that it may be the type that came out a bit when pulling down on it. No offer to refund some of the fee was made. Just sorry and they will talk to the techs and suggest they ask more questions when responding to customer questions. UPDATE – changing my review after receiving a call from Mr. Frye. Mr. Frye called me today to follow up with me regarding my “problem with the invoice”. I explained the situation and reiterated that our dissatisfaction was that the service technician my husband spoke to could have possible averted the need for the appointment by mentioning the fact that what happened with the can was normal for certain types of cans and then we would have just changed the light bulb ourselves. He seemingly choose to ignore that concern and kindly explained how much more it could have cost us, so $190 definitely a fair price. Lucky us. If we have any additional needs for electrician we will find another company.
