Outstanding contractor! Their internal carpenters are experienced and professional, and the vendors they use are all top-notch! We’ve even called and used their vendors for other individual projects we have completed on our own (such as our roof and exterior painting) that were not part of the original scope of work for which we hired Wetmore.

We chose the guys at Waterman Brothers add approximately 600 square feet to our 1950’s era ranch home. We received 6 different quotes from 6 different contractors. Their price estimate came in slightly below middle of the pack. Why I give them 5 stars is as follows: Their quality of work is absolutely beyond reproach. It’s definitely a good sign when the building inspector says that he always see’s the highest caliber work from them and is always impressed by it. They came right on budget (and we even upgraded a few things). How man contractors actually do that? Right? Crazy! They answered every question we had, and were even able to adapt to our crazy changes, like deciding to tile the ceiling of our shower (which look super awesome FYI!). The people they work with in specialty fields (Think drywallers, electricians, etc…) were equally talented and polite. Always a huge plus. All in all, these guys were absolutely awesome. Hands down. My only takeaway that would drop them maybe a half a star were as follows: If you want communication from them, you have to talk to them. They are a fairly quiet and humble bunch, and talking isn’t their strongest suit. I suppose if you have to trade speaking skills for quality of workmanship, I’m sold. Lastly, they are a little dirty. Then again, we went through some agressive construction that blew out the back wall of the house. I suppose a little dirty is expected. Again, we’re super happy with them, and would recommend them without any second guessing.

Jim and his team did an outstanding job on our new concrete driveway (May 2024). From the quality of the concrete to the precision of the work, everything was top-notch. He oversaw the project from start to finish, ensuring everything was perfect. He’s been in this business for a long time, for good reason: his dedication to his craft is evident. I’m very happy with the outcome and I highly recommend him. I’m looking forward to working on another project with him soon. Thank you Jim!

Eric helped to design my vision for building out our fireplace with stone, covered cabinets and a wooden mantle. Pawel’s superb craftsmanship saw that vision come to life. It was a smooth process from beginning to end, and we are thrilled with the results. Professional, clean, responsive to all of our questions, creative, timely, and extremely hard-working. Larry and his team remodeled our entire kitchen (down to the studs) and did the flooring on our entire first floor (both refinishing existing and installing new hardwood where we used to have carpet) after we had a major water damage claim. First of all, my insurance company was pushing back on everything and just wanted me to accept a small reimbursement and move forward with a Frankenstein kitchen. Larry was a HUGE help when it came to advocating for what my policy entitled me to (I can’t help but notice that the only bad review on this page is someone who assumed his inquiries about insurance were a “scam” – but for me, it felt like I was being advocated for, which is something no other contractor I spoke to was willing to do). As for the work, it was timely, precise, and turned out beautifully!! We had insurance delays and COVID delays, but the communication was always clear and concise and the work was back on as soon as possible. My wife and I had some wild ideas and in some cases they were executed to perfection, in other cases we were redirected to something more realistic or Larry suggested a tweak to make it better. Larry and his team know what they are doing. Its only fair to note that Larry is very direct and shares his opinions freely, but that is something I appreciated (no nonsense). I wanted expertise, advice and execution, and that is what I got. If you have an idea that you feel strongly about, he will work with you to make it happen. In end very happy with our new kitchen and floors!!

This is by far one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. I ordered two vanities in October of 2023. One was fine; the other arrived with a broken top. I requested a replacement. The replacement came and was, again, broken. I requested another replacement. This time they sent the wrong top. I requested yet another replacement. It was broken again. It is now June, 2024. Each time, they require pictures which means you have to open the box completely with no way of repackaging the heavy marble. Now, they are refusing to give me a refund without returning the broken one, (not the wrong one that was intact). How am I supposed to re-package this thing without buying the equipment to do so? And what am I supposed to do with all of these tops? They only requested the last broken one be resent. Really? This has been a ridiculous experience deserving of a complaint with the BBB. It’s been eight months & I still don’t have a top for the vanity.
