Communication was excellent and they came out promptly but $399 for 2 basic outlets? That is not right. Feel somewhat taken advantage of.

James is prompt, knows his stuff and is reasonably priced. I called at few people before I met him and he was the most reasonably priced and the one that was most flexible with schedule. I’ve used him twice now for changing switches as well as circuit breakers and I’d say he knows his stuff and does a great job.

I called Rogers Electric and they sold me a yearly home service membership plan for $250 to just have someone come out or a service fee was $300. I feel like it’s was an tactic to just get memberships without doing any work. Their electricians do not seem to be local to Waukegan

They were great and Dan was great with his assessment of what we needed done. We usually get scared of estimates but he and his team were great with explaining the cost and what was involved with the process. I would highly recommend Roger’s Electric Company to my family, friends and anyone with electrical needs. Great service each and every time!

The electrician was quite helpful in providing us with advice and solutions. They were able to complete the project inside the agreed-upon time frame with his crew, and the outcomes were even better than predicted. The quotation was really reasonable, and I will definitely use Roger’s Electric Company for any future electrical repairs. I’ve yet to meet an electrician that is more meticulous, dependable, and always gives me a fair price!

Our tech was very timely and engaging, he answered every question no matter how simple. He responded to every call, he was very professional and got the installation of our ac done quickly and correctly. He even suggested the appropriate unit for the size of our house and saved us cash on an upgrade we didn’t need.

I’ve been a customer of Rogers Electric and Plumbing for a very short time (only since 9/7/21). Working with them has been one of the worst service-related experiences as far back as I can remember. For those who have experienced a disruption in their HVAC system the process is fairly routine. Identify the problem. Schedule an appointment. Be there when they arrive. I scheduled two appointments. The first was canceled without me knowing. I had to find out when I called to inquire when the tech would arrive. They rescheduled for the following day. The next day, I personally called to confirm my appointment twice. Each time I was assured the appointment was still scheduled and the technician would call when he/she is 30 minutes away. It was again canceled. When I called to get a reason I was given none. When I asked if another technician could come I was denied. I spoke to 3 different employees (Jim, Marina and Chris) all of which could not muster up a logical reason as to what happened. I ultimately was given a manager’s number (Daniel) who offered no viable solution or any sort of recourse. This is not a customer-oriented company. I could not be more disappointed in how I was treated.

My sister and I called Hucker electric at first and was informed that they were no longer in business and was referred to Rogers electric. Was told they would be out late morning the flowing Friday to be called saying they had a flat tire and that it would be in afternoon. Being understanding we said okay only to have received another cal saying they were behind schedule based on the flat tire to be told it would be Saturday morning… what do you know no one showed or even called . A whole Friday and Saturday morning waisted for a complete BLOW OFF . What a Joke

Roger’s Electric Company has an amazing team. They came out right on time and completed the job in an efficient manner. They handled our house full of kids and pets with great ease. We would definitely recommend using them for any of your electrical needs.
