I always rate a business on “Would I hire them again” The answer is emphatically YES! Having purchased a new home, there were a few electrical items I needed addressed. I tried to do it myself, but found out quickly I should hire a professional. Communications with Jarvis Electric was simple and they were able to send a man the next day. Though we thought the problem was fixed, it became apparent they would have to look at my problem again. They sent out another man the next day and he was able to find a hidden problem and fixed it. I was shocked to hear that not only would there not be an extra charge for coming out again, they wanted to refund me a portion from the previous bill because all of the issues wasn’t caught the first time. I declined the refund, but that gesture gained them a customer for life! It’s becoming increasing difficult to find not only reputable companies, but also good customer service – Jarvis Electric is bucking that trend.

The guys were on time & just worked non stop to complete their work. Very courteous, cleaned up the job site and kept us up to date on progress or issues. Awesome! Highly recommend

I had an extremely positive experience with Jarvis Electric and am willingly supplying this review. After an extremely worrying sizzling noise came from my electrical panel, I called Jarvis and talked to Kirk, the Operations Manager. Within two minutes, he had dispatched someone to my house. The electrician who arrived a short while later, Clay Westbrook, couldn’t have been nicer or more professional. He patiently and systematically assessed and addressed the issues. He explained things along the way. He was clean, tidy, and respectful. He even laughed at my Dad Jokes. The billing was straightforward and the price was fair. At no time was I made to feel that I was a cash cow to be milked or swindled. As he left, I told Clay I hoped I wouldn’t see him again and that maybe the real treasure was the friends we made along the way. Thanks Jarvis Electric.

Jarvis has done a few projects around our home that include replacing fans and fixing electrical outlets. They were always courteous, professional, and made sure the job was done right. The office staff are helpful and kind, and the technicians have always been super respectful. I’d recommend Jarvis to any family, friend, or business.
