this business is NOT open on Saturday. On 10-7-23 at 10:30 a.m. I went to the door and there was no answer or any cars in the lot. I then drove to the other location and same thing.

Awful experience. I am in the market for a whole house generator system and set up an appointment in June. A technician and administrative assistant came to my house and could not have had less interest in helping or taking the job. Despite the fact that I had explained my situation over the phone when setting up the appointment neither had any idea what they had come to my house for. After I re-explained the reason for their visit and walked them through and around my house they asked zero questions, and the only insight provided about the job was that I would need to set up another job with a plumber to have my gas line routed around the house before they could install a generator. They may have spent a total of 5 minutes at my house before leaving. I still have not received the quote that they said the would send. It was clear that they had no intention of doing any work and, at this point, I’m not holding my breath that I’ll even hear back from them. Rehm was recommended by a family friend and employee of a local city utility company and this is very disappointing. Do not consider this company if you have any desire to be taken seriously and get your work done. This was a total disappointment and complete slap in the face. A complete lack of respect for the customer.
