Axberg isn’t Axberg, it’s Black Diamond from what I understand not even located in Rockford. I had them over for a job, never again will I call them. I told them on phone when making appointment what the problem was with generator, they show up with no parts, also wanted a outlet box attached to a electric box already connected to electric, they wanted $395 just to add the box and $100 per switch, there’s a total of 6 switches, the box is mounted on the outside of a basement wall it’s not like they have to cut a hole in the wall and run wiring.

Came over and switch input on boiler left still leaking just wrapped with cloth . Than never setup psi on equipment terrible job.

Axberg ( Black Diamond ) was called in to replace my hot water heater. Eric was my plumbing tech that went the extra mile for me. Handicap and unable to go downstairs to my basement Eric took step by step pictures of all that needed done. Before and after pictures were deeply appreciated. Eric brought my old system up to code and explained everything he had to do. His knowledge and experience showed with his confidence working by himself. He made my day. — Getting into pricing and calling around Black Diamond was pretty close on the high end for what I had done but like the old saying ” You get what you pay for “. Thank you Eric for just doing your job your a class act.

They sent out their electrician after my power went out. He did an inspection of our electrical and discovered faulty breakers that could have caused an electrical fire. They came and did repair same day. Very happy!

Josh and Brennan arrived earlier than expected but they called first to make sure it was fine. They did a great job cleaning up my ducts. They were here for 4 hrs did a wonderful job and cleaned things up nicely. I couldn’t be happier with how they explained things before getting started and showing me the before and after pictures. They professionalism was over and above. Great job guys keep up the great work. I will definitely call them again with any issues I may have so reliable. Respectfully Michael Markison
