I wanted to use them for my gas station. They gave me a slot of 2 to 5pm to come at 5.30 they told me they can’t come till tomorrow. My whole gas station was shut.

Just another subcontractor from Premium Home Service. They will send out any subcontractor that’s available. Go with a company that employs it’s own workers.

My experience with the service person from Lampert Electrical Services was excellent. He arrived on time and was very professional. He explained what he found wrong and gave me several choices to choose from in order to solve the problem. I would definitely refer others to this company.

Lampert Electrical Services has been a trust company I’ve used from time to time over the years and they never cease to do excellent work and are not only prompt and available, but very accommodating as well as highly skilled and professional. I’d recommend them to anyone. While slightly expensive, they still offer excellent work and great concern for the dollars spent.

Please read their main website and be warned that Lampert Electrical Services doesn’t actually have a set of employed technicians. Rather, they contract with several independent electricians around your area. My experience with Lampert Electrical Services was so unpleasant that I had to triple check that they are a legitimate business. In a nutshell, I found their good reviews so I decided to stop by at the Plainfield, IL location to inquire about a quote in person. Imagine my surprise when I arrive and the location is a community swimming pool! So I call the number to check on this and the lady I spoke to did not even acknowledge what I told her about the weird location but we agreed to schedule a window for a technician to stop by the next day from 9-12pm CT I even got a confirmation email so all was good. The tech was supposed to call 30 mins prior to his/her arrival. The next day arrives and by 12:35pm, the tech had not called nor arrived. I ended up calling the main number again and the best “explanation” is that the tech just sent a notice at around 12:20pm indicating that my house “is too far” and will not be able to make it!? So my house did not suddenly teleport and everything was confirmed but now the no-show and no-call is due to distance!? I pushed on this and the lady then changed the narrative to indicate that “sometimes techs are asked to stay at a job until it is done and so maybe that was the case.” That’s fine but I just moved everything in my morning to accommodate the window of 9-12pm but NOBODY thought to call a potential customer with the update? Why does it take a call from ME about 35 mins later?! The lady mentioned that they are trying to find another tech that will accept the job and that’s when it hit me that Lampert Electrical Services actually doesn’t employ it’s own electrician so you’d be lucky to get one that is on time or held to certain standard.

Called for a small job but there is no way around the $99 on site charge. I exactly knew what I needed replaced and they did not give transparent pricing over phone. I avoided and found someone on Taskrabbit. Much cheaper and not shady.

The electricians they sent were both friendly and professional. They explained my options well along with the estimated cost for each project so I could make informed choices. Their work was high quality and I felt like they went above and beyond to make sure it was pleasing as well as functional.
