Richie did phenomenal work. Informed me of everything that was wrong and got us a gameplan in the future on how to go about replacement of the unit when the time comes. In the meantime he fixed me up with a part he had on his truck and our system is up and running again. Thank you Richie! Edited: 1 month later we are back to fix the AC, but the only problem I had was that Richie had the unit panel open and didn’t show us any of the rust, debris, dirt, mold, etc… that would have probably prompted us to replace the unit sooner and avoid breaking down in the hottest part of July so far. He just commented saying the unit looked great and the history records were spotless. Eric Washington walked us through everything and showed us countless pictures, videos, and explained everything in detail. Recommended the best course of action and are now on the right track again. Thanks to Eric for doing such a great job with our family.

I had two gents come out and provide honest feedback with a quote that was well within budget. We had another company come out that didn’t nearly take as much time diagnosing our issue let alone fixing it. Great customer service provided by David as the one to diagnose the problem, and Nick by installing a new garbage disposal and QC-ing the plumbing associated with our kitchen sink. Everything works as it should and should we have any future issues we’ll know who to call. ***Update on 6/20/2024*** I had a gentleman, Brett Smith, come out and diagnose the problem. After troubleshooting and finding the issue, we needed a new fuse and AC recharge. With 2 kids under 2 in the house we need a quick fix and that’s exactly what they provided. Can’t recommend Tiger’s services enough. Honest consultations and pricing. 5/5 star review and service!! ***Update on 7/15/2024*** I had Kevin Voorhees come out today and diagnose an issue. Thankfully there were no issues and all went well. 5/5!

Jayden was very professional and polite. He was here for a PSI test but after speaking with me found out that he was supposed to be here for a tank flush. Without batting an eye, he took care of it. Along the way he explained the importance of a flush and showed me the amout of junk that came out after the flush. Wow, flush your water heaters folks. Thanks Jayden

I called today about the vent in our room making a loud noise and your company was able to get me in for same day. Brett was super nice and knowledgable. He educated us on a lot about the HVAC system that we didn’t know. He quoted us prices and answered all of our questions. I would recommend him and next time we need service done at our home we will be requesting him. Thanks for all of your help.
