Top Tech Construction a year agoIt’s hard to find a roofing company who is responsive and didn’t want to charge for an estimate. Mike from top tech construction was very personable and responded immediately to my request for an estimate. Top Tech did a great job of communicating throughout the process. We had skylights that needed replaced but their size was not carried anymore by any manufacturer. Mike offered a creative solution that saved us a lot of money both now and in the future if they ever need replaced again. Supplies arrived on time and the crew was out the next day to do the roof replacement. Thank you, Top Tech Construction!

New Bath LLC a month agoNew Bath was awesome, our bathroom was original to our 1950s home and needed a lot of work. We’ve had other companies look at the bathroom in the past and they were not willing to take on such a big project. New Bath exceeded our expectations. From start to finish we could not be happier. M.T. McCaw Inc. 9 months agoWe hired MT McCaw to finish our basement including a bar, workout room, and full bathroom. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with the finished product and the overall experience. The craftsmanship and quality of the build is exceptional but perhaps just as important, the whole experience from design to construction completion was truly unique and special (we’ve had a couple not so good experiences with residential contractors). Matt and his team were extremely considerate working in our home, responsive, and did exactly what they said they were going to do. Matt and his entire team (framing, drywall, painting, carpentry, HVAC) have demonstrated all of the important business values that are critical to a successful project like ours: honesty, respect, attention to detail, and old school work ethic. Don’t want to sound like a commercial but if you are considering any sort of house project (kitchen, basement, patio, complete remodel), you’d be making the right decision to hire MT McCaw.

Luna Remodeling LLC 4 months agoLuna Remodeling absolutely transformed our kitchen. We would give more than five stars if we could in this review. Their work is flawless – they deliver top quality and they are an amazing team of people. We dreaded a kitchen remodel for years and it was painless. They were so pleasant that we enjoyed having them in our house. We have already hired them to do our downstairs bathroom. We have an old farmhouse and they had to completely rip off a mudroom, build out a new window, fill a cellar, and build a new outdoor doorway just to give us space to have a well-configured kitchen. They did everything perfectly and quickly. Luna was at our house from dawn to night everyday just to make sure things moved at a swift pace. (We have hired another contractor in the past for a home addition and they would go weeks without seeing us, they would be busy with other projects and they didn’t do such quality work. Luna was completely different and we even hired them to fix mistakes in the addition.) Our kitchen is now our favorite room in the house. We walk into it just to stare at it. I am convinced we would not have had the same result with any other company. They let you pick out every detail and they even built-in the refrigerator the way I designed it. It looks better than I imagined it. They clean everything for you in the end and you have a turnkey kitchen when they are done. I also want to say that I interviewed four other contractors in the area. A few acted like they were doing me a favor by showing up and one even kept saying, “Are you sure? That might be expensive.” (I saved for this. He acted like I couldn’t afford him and it was insulting.) One of them didn’t even call back for an estimate until Luna was already working. Luna’s team is completely different. They are l what you’d call good people. They are kind, responsive and you enjoy being around them. They just give you a price quote for each item in the beginning and you pick what you want to add or delete. Their prices are very reasonable and they are friendly. There is no arrogance – they provide excellent customer service and their work is unmatched. We have an old farmhouse. We can’t even count how many people we have hired or projects we have done. All we know is that we will never hire anyone else to do a project in the future. Luna is the only choice if you have a remodeling project. They are a hidden gem and an A+ player in their profession. I’ve posted before an after photos of their work. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

In and Out Construction, Inc 4 years agoWorst experience ever. Hired them to do our roof, Never pulled a permit and did a horrible job. Owner Kevin is not professional and doesn’t stand by his words .
