Joe installed two ceiling fan lights, replaced two lights in the bedrooms and installed a whole set of new recessed lights in our kitchen. Not only was the work of a very high quality, Joe was also very quick, clean and respectful of our property. I really can’t recommend him highly enough.

I tried to use this company but two days in a row the technician didn’t show up. I called the office multiple times and couldn’t get an answer about what was going on. Finally I reached someone new at the close of my window the second day. He told me they’d been trying to call the tech but it kept going to voicemail. Of course no one bothered to call me and let me know. They suggested I reschedule for a third day, but they couldn’t promise the tech would show up as most of their crew was on a big commercial job and the only person they could schedule me with was the same tech who wasn’t responding. No other solution offered. Go elsewhere.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Benson and his workers. They are always professional & polite. There goal is to always make sure the work is completed to perfection and that the customer is 100% satisfied. I am so happy that we finally found an electrician we can rely on. I HIGHLY recommend Bravo Electrical Services !

Ron was knowledgeable, and explained to us exactly what he was doing, and what the problem was. In the end, he forwarded us to Bravo Electrical Services to complete the problem. He also installed a new light switch, which took no time time at all. I would recommend this company.

Mark is a fantastic electrician. He arrives on time and completes his work in a nice and tidy manner. He even provides me with extra information on a difficulty I was having. I would strongly advise you to use his services. You won’t be disappointed. I will certainly recommend him to my friend and families!

This is my go-to for anything electrical. Willy from Bravo Electrical Services has always been prompt and reliable. I have recommended him to several neighbors and they have all been VERY happy with the projects he completed for them. It is so nice to have a contractor you can count on to do the job right the first time!!

Ken and Dan from Bravo Electrical Services were friendly, courteous and respectful of our home. They covered furniture to protect it from falling dust and debris. They even had to move bedroom furniture to get to one of the fans! Once they were finished they returned everything to its original place and cleaned up thoroughly. They even checked us out on the operation of the fans. I can’t say enough good things about these guys.

Electrician checked all areas we were experiencing unusual electrical surges. He found and fixed the wiring errors and said he would return in a few days to change out a worn piece with the ground connection. He made sure we understood what he was doing. We feel very satisfied and would not hesitate to contact Bravo Electrical Services should we need further assistance.

I tried to use these guys recently at my property in Forest Park and they never showed. When I called I was told they were busy with a commercial job and were running late . I told them I’d wait but if they ultimately weren’t coming let me know and I just reschedule. They assured me they were coming (I was on a deadline and needed the issue resolved) and strung me along for the next three hours before finally telling me they weren’t coming. I asked if for my trouble I could get an appointment time (not a service window) for the net day and they said yes. That time rolled around and they didn’t show. I called and the same guy says he made a mistake and it would have to be another day. (And honestly, props to him for admitting he was the guy that made the appointment and owning the mistake when clearly he can’t control when or if their techs show up to their jobs). I had already made arrangements with another electrician (who came out when he said he would and fixed the problem) but it was still really unprofessional and didn’t show any respect for my time. Their reviews are good overall so maybe this was fluke but, I thought it should be documented so others would know before choosing to work with these guys.

The storm caused an electrical emergency because comed would not restore the electricity unless I had a private electrician fix the riser box which had fallen. I called desperate and hired them immediately because they advised they could be there between 4:30-6:45 the same day. Instead they did not arrive. I repeatedly called again (6 times) and was told they were on their way. No one came. So then Ryan the manager said I was on his follow up and he would call me as soon as he heard . When I called back because he never called me, then a man named Frank said he would call me in a minute but a technician was coming tonight to fix the box. Then he reported to another manager who called and offered me a technician in a week. They had no idea what was going on. The service person lied twice and then was rude. These people are unprofessional and completely dishonest . Oak Park should really not do business with people who during an emergency act this way. Do not try to depend or hire this company.
