EVSE work performed on 5/13 in Northbrook. Install of an EV charger was not code compliant (as they installed an inappropriate 14-50 outlet on a 40 amp breaker. They refused to pull a permit (after I requested one during estimate and install) and never responded to multiple (7+) calls or voicemails. They are not registered with the village of Northbrook and accordingly aren’t allowed to perform any permitable work within village limits (learned this later pulling my own permit). I had to hire a second company to fix their errors and get a permit pulled at additional expense. Honestly, I don’t think their physical address is real (street view is of a vacant for-rent building). Caveat emptor to the extreme.

I had a 9 to 12 window. I have called 4 times and it is now 2:30pm. They still cannot tell me arrival time. Worst service ever.

We had a very poor experience with my previous company and I was confused since both companies have same color vans. I called Patriot Electrical Services to complain about the poor service and a Ken called me right back. He confirmed that they had not done the work at my home. He also asked questions and made recommendations. He genuinely tries to earn your business through honesty and integrity. I will be using Patriot Electrical Services in the future.

They didn’t show up for the appointment. When i called to find out if they were running late, they just asked if they could reschedule – this was after the appointment time had already past.

These folks upgraded our outside flood lights around our office buildings. Good quality lighting, fixed in a very professional and efficient manner. The place looks amazing in the evening and we would recommend using their services again and again in the future.

Patriot Electrical Services was a great company to work with. On the same day I got a visit to the site and a quote from them. The quote was very reasonable and the crew members extremely professional, knowledgeable and timely. I will call them again.
