Who said good help is hard to find? I found one. Perfect experience. Very responsive, punctual, friendly, and quality workmanship. His crew, Joshua and another gentleman, arrived in time, informed me of an unsafe issue requiring my attention. The add on resulted in a slight adjustment to final bill, which was still reasonable. This business will be my first call for similar projects.

Similar to others…buyer beware! Had one good experience, and then terrible. Bought the new home buyer package, and techs were no shows multiple times. Giant waste of time. They are now trying to charge my card again for the membership. I’ve called twice to have to removed. I will be disputing with my credit card company.

Came to the site without calling after the time frame given at initial request. Quoted 2500 then said they would complete the job on the side for 1600.

They were extremely prompt young man that came in knew exactly what the problem was he fixed it under 40 minutes and didn’t charge me an arm and a leg very pleased if I ever have any more issues I’ll definitely be calling them.

BUYERS BEWARE!! I called this business to address an emergency at my place. They immediately sold me on buying a membership for $149 a year that will give me 10% discount in services and guaranteed a technician arriving at my place within the same day. I took the membership because of the emergency and for what sounded like a good deal. 45 minutes to the end of my window, I called to ask about status of the technician and I’m told I need to wait additional time because no technician was able to take my case!!! Asked for a cancellation of the membership immediately, to learn they take up to 4 business days to refund me when I haven’t been a member for a day! Just save yourself some trouble and find some other service.

Like McGuire, Aztec seems to be NOT a local business, but a front for a scam organization. Their MO used to be forcing you to pay $149 for an annual “service membership” but they’ve given that one up and now just charge a $99 “service fee.” This would be normal if they actually showed up, but they never do. I made an appointment and was given a four-hour window for the next day. The window came and went with no call and no show, so I called to check in. I waited for the receptionist to speak with the scheduling manager, then she came back on the line to ask me to reschedule for 2-3 weeks from now. Beware these fake businesses with their fake reviews.

While the technician was at the house, we agreed to one price. He would not take a check or credit card on site. Rather, they sent me a bill later that day for $60 higher than our agreed-upon price. Customer service was useless when I tried to call them and give them the credit card number on the phone number that was on the bill. They then had four different people calling me within the first three days from four different numbers, none of which were verifiable, telling me they were the collection department and trying to get me to give them a credit card number over the phone. This all happened with in the first four days of having the work done. I wanted to make sure that I was paying the company and not to a scam artist, but there was no verification that these people were with Aztec. I have paid the bill within the first 5 days of receipt, but I will never use this company again.

We used Aztec for a recent project to update the office layout and re-configure workstations. This team was hired to do all electrical power needs for this project. He and team were very professional and helped to make the project seamless and extremely easy for us. They were a pleasure to work with and without hesitation I would recommend their services.

John was an excellent choice for the electrical work in my home. He completely rewired my home and installed a new electrical panel. He went above and above to ensure the quality of his work. He even went above and above what he thought was necessary for the work he was doing. It was simple to communicate with him, and he is a diligent worker that works long hours to complete the assignment. He is very knowledgeable and I would highly suggest his services.
