I wanted to write a review because I think so often you only hear negative things about a company. I had my gas shut off because I had a gas leak coming from my furnace. I called Plum Electric on a Saturday night. A gal from Plum Electric drove a very long distance to bring me electric heaters for my home. She was so very kind and set them up on my main floor so I could stay there. The weath conditions were horrible to drive in but she did it anyway. I was able to stay on my home in the frigid conditions to make sure no pipes froze. On Monday morning I opened my blinds to find then sitting in my driveway waiting for me. What service and honesty what companies do that kind of thing. When they came in they coverd my floors so as not to track in any dirt. They were speedy and installed a new furnace. I suggest if you need any heating or air conditioning work done you call them. I really don’t have enough words of gratitude to thank all of them for what they did. I would add that the friendly, knowledgeable voice you hear when you call them is the icing on the cake. Thank you Plum Electric of Mount Morris, Illinois. Great fully, Jane Mills

RUN!! Do not hire this company. Did thousands of dollars worth of damage from incorrectly installing plumbing and refused to pay for damages. They incorrectly installed a toilet which caused the entire subfloor of my bathroom to end up soaked in water. I wouldn’t hire them for anything. I encourage anyone that cares about their home to hire someone else.

They put a new toilet in my bathroom without the correct Johnny Ring fit and ruined my floor. They didn’t care, they said it already had water damage. Awful Service!! Be AWARE!!

First, they rescheduled appointment time the day before appointment. On day of appointment, repairman was half hour late. Looked at the job for 5 minutes. Then, he said he needed to go back to the shop. A little later I got a call saying it’s a two man job, and they need to reschedule again. I wasted the better part of a day waiting for nothing to happen. Plum will never get my business again.

Sent 2 guys out to clear a clogged line. $470 later the guys spent 1 hour. 1 man was all that was needed to run a snake. What a rip off. Will NEVER call or recommend this business again. Even sent a 3rd “supervisor” out to ok the job. Never told me what they were charging me. The guys drove back to town on my time to buy gloves because they didn’t have them on the van.
