A year or two ago, I would have given 5 stars, but my recent experience trying to schedule an annual service visit has left me wondering what happened to (what used to be) great customer service. I’m going to look for a new provider as I still need the inspection.

Moe came out initially to go over what to expect and how generators work and what they cost.We were always concerned about losing power This gave my wife and I great peace of mind! Best decision ever. Crew came on time as promised did a great install and we have had zero issues with the unit. Super happy with our choice of using Rob-Lynn for our generator and peace of mind!!

I scheduled Rob Lynn generators to come check out a problem I was having with mine, Val came out and had a look over the equipment. He seemed very knowledgably and was just generally a nice guy to deal with. He was unable to rectify the problem and mentioned he would have to come back in a couple of days. Days turn to weeks, and I chase them up to see what’s happening. When Val did eventually come back it seemed he needed to replace a part which would likely be in later that week. Again, I hear nothing, so I try calling to chase but nobody answers the phone. I even tried texting Val directly since he had given me his number, but they just totally ghosted me. Completely unprofessional, would not recommend!

Go elsewhere before you even consider Rob-Lynn Power Generators for a whole home generator. Quoted me an unreasonably high price to install generator while his competition is coming in thousands 2-3K less!

My Generac generator did not come on Sunday night after we lost power in the neighborhood. Maurice came out within 30 minutes, found the fix (software update that maintenance year ago missed), and gave me a tutorial on how to keep it running well – all at reasonable rate at 8PM on a Sunday night. Extremely knowledgeable about the generator and accurately showed me some problems I didn’t know I had. All problems a local generator repair person completely missed. Found out he owns the company. Best customer service ever experienced.

I had a Generac installed and let me just say these guys are the best. I am beyond pleased with the process and their work. In and out in a matter of hours and the job site was clean and tidy when finished. Maurice and crew were attentive from the estimate and led me through the process with great information and communication. Local business and as professional as I’ve seen.
