I give Cordial Electric a 5 star review because they were able to resolve a problem that I had a couple other electricians “fix.” They were able to tell me what the problem was just by me describing what was going on over the phone. When they arrived to my parents house and confirmed the problem, they were able to fix it on the spot. There were 2 electricians that came and worked great as a team to fix and cleanup the work area quickly. I would definitely highly recommend Cordial electric.

We just hired Cordial Electric to upgrade our electrical service and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received. The crew is very knowledgeable and very professional. We passed inspection with no issues. I will definitely keep their number and will hire them again for any electrical work I need.

Luis and his guys are great! We have called for big and small jobs. They are always very friendly and helpful. They have installed fixtures, fixed wiring and problem solved when a bulb went out and we could not figure out what happened. I would highly recommend this company.

I call many electric companies and they didn’t repond so pinck up cordial electric and they repond very quickly. I was having a problem with my main electrical power and they came out quick and where effective to fix the problem! I highly recommend their services!

I had a really minor job and was hesitant to call out an electrician for something so small. Nevertheless, I had long seen the trucks for Cordial in my neighborhood (where they are based), so I figured I would give them a call. They were very responsive– I received a call back within 15 minutes and they offered to come the same day (I was not home, so we planned for the following day). The gentlemen arrived promptly on time and reassured me that no job was too small for them. Within 30 minutes, they had the issue fixed with assurances that if the problem happened again (it has not), to give them a call and they would take another look at it. I am very happy with the service and will not hesitate to call them again! ***ADDITIONAL REVIEW*** I just wanted to add that I decided to call out Cordial again about two months later, this time for a much larger job (replacing an outdated and bad fuse box, some major rewiring, and bringing several things up to code). This had the potential to be a very long job during which I would not have power. However, Luis brought along a large team, they arrived right on time, and finished in just a few hours, thus minimalizing the amount of time I was without power and heat. They were VERY thorough in their job, even replacing a loose switch that they noticed during the job and raising some sagging telephone and cable lines while they were putting the main power line back up. I am very happy with all the work that they have done!

Had a problem with the lights throughout the house dimming and even browning out when using small electric appliances including the microwave. Cordial Electric in Lombard received very good reviews on other social media and they are also in the neighborhood so we called. The owner called back to schedule a time to come over. Upon arrival both he along with another electrician started troubleshooting the cause for an hour plus hoping to resolve the problem. After careful investigation, they determined several repairs needed to be made requiring materials not on their truck. They scheduled to return the following morning at 8AM. All electricians were courteous, professional, respectful of property and on-time. Once all repairs were completed we confirmed that the electrical problems were resolved by using the electrical appliances. Thank you for your excellent work.
