Called for electric service for an outlet not working properly. I prepaid $149 for the appointment. The technician only had to replace that one outlet and tighten a bathroom wall fixture. He was in and out in under half an hour (including taking payment). An additional charge of $324. So nearly $500 for 20 minutes of work. I should have known better when I asked the person who scheduled the appointment what their rate was. She said they they don’t have a rate they decide at the job site what the charges are.

Called in this morning, spoke with a gentleman about getting an appointment. I was able to get out “Hey there I was looking to schedule an appointment, my name is ____” To which the gentleman responded “I’m gonna pass right now” and promptly hung up. And now is blocking my calls. Not entirely the most professional response I’ve received.

I had a new light installed and the three way switch was not working correctly. The service man showed up, took some measurements and found the issue. I would recommend them for your electrical issues.

$150 to make an appointment for someone to show up. I learned of the $350 minimum when the team of tree showed up. Then learned I was being charged $50 more for a $6 switch that I had on hand, but it was already installed. STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU FIND ANOTHER ELCTRICIAN!!!

We recently purchased a new home that needed some electrical work. The technician from Matts Electric Co. arrived the same day we called. He was incredibly pleasant and competent. We phoned him since he clearly knows what he’s doing. He was pleasant, efficient and amusing. He changed six light fixtures in an hour with very little clean-up. I’ve already started suggesting him to people I know.

Matts Electric Co. were very professional. They explained everything they needed to do. Did a home inspection and talked to us about a couple of things that needs to be addressed and why. Would definitely use Matts Electric Co. again.

Martin and his team went above and beyond to install high end chandeliers with literally scores of intricate fluted lights all spaced individually. They also corrected several reconfigured outlets in my new construction home. If you have a challenging job these are your electricians of choice.

These guys had previously completed work for myself and my extended family. I called them again for a “small job,” which included replacing an exterior pot light. Since we have a metal roof, extra care had to be taken. They did not let us down. Joe and Mike arrived and completed the job in less time than was originally estimated, and Tony adjusted the original invoice accordingly. They are professional, honest, and efficient in my opinion. Fully recommended!
