Roy did a wonderful job changing our lights to LEDs from our yellowing incandescent. He was friendly and professional throughout the entire experience and went above and beyond after completion. I asked him to replace a few ceiling tiles (we already had them) after the job was complete and without hesitation, he got his ladder back out and helped us to change them out! I would recommend Roy to anyone needing electrical assistance for residential or commercial! Thank you!!

Higgins Electrical crew re-wired my whole house. The took a fire hazard and turned it into High Tech Show Piece. I couldn’t be more happy with the job that they had done. From the Staff to the Owner everyone made me feel that I was their number 1 priority. Thanks Again.

This company made a renovation of my bathroom and toilet. They were prompt with that as well. The technician contacted us to arrange a time and date and he showed up exactly at that time. I have used Higgins Electrical for a number of projects and they have always professional, reliable and done great work!!!

I called and had an appt for 8-11 at 1230 they called to say the electrician didn’t want to work all day and they were cancelling and would reschedule. I said I didn’t want to take more time off work and they said they would have another electrician come out and at 630 he said that it was too late in the day. They said that would get someone out at 7 the next day and at 10:00 NO ONE had called!!! At 1015 I get a call saying someone can be here at in 10 minutes. At that point I was leaving to go to the dr. He said to call him when I was home. I did and he said he would call me back in 5 with an eta and never called back. That was at 12:30 and it is not 2:37. All I can say is WOW, beyond unprofessional!

Thankfully someone recommended Higgins Electrical. Left an emergency message and received a call back within 30 minutes. Patrick was at hour house an hour later, gave us options, on the spot quote and brought in another electrician that wasn’t even scheduled to work the holiday to help. It was a big job, but these guys worked all day. I would highly recommend Higgins Electrical for honesty, professionalism and competence.

Very disappointed. They were supposed to come on Friday, then called at the end of the 4 hour window to say that their electricians are all running late and rescheduled for Saturday 10-2. I called at 2:45 after waiting all day; the answering service took a message, said they would call the manager to find out where the electrician is. Nothing. I called again at 3:45. They took another message. Nothing. I waited at home all Saturday and they didn’t even have the common courtesy to let us know what was happening. Meanwhile, no power in my kitchen.
