This company always goes above and beyond for me. Installed furnace made sure I stayed warm by lending me a safe space heater before installation. Then most recently out to fix leaky hose for condensation to do with a/c. Highly recommend and friendly staff who never seem too busy for your needs!

Best HVAC company I’ve ever used! Over the years I have worked with about 7 or 8 HVAC companies and overall these guys are clearly the best. I had an unusual situation with an uncooperative warrantee company. The owner was very helpful and did whatever the warrantee company asked to prove the repair on my AC was necessary. The office staff was even more helpful and accommodating. She even got on a call with me and the warrantee company to resolve my issue. I can’t say enough for all they did and the patience they had. The customer service was outstanding. The price was good and the installation went smoothly. The team that came out was very nice and they knew what they were doing. I highly recommend this company.

It’s rare to find such dedicated customer service these days, and Dawn truly stood out. Bob, the Owner: I had the opportunity to meet Bob, the owner of Family Heating & Air. He was fantastic! Bob took the time to explain everything thoroughly, making it easy for me to understand. His wealth of information and genuine care for his customers left a lasting impression. Had a fantastic time using this company. They were very kind and efficient. Water heater went out and in the same day found me an affordable one and installed just in a couple of hours after I called them. I highly recommend using them! I will be for any of my future needs.

I’m very pleased with the courtesy this business gives. Dawn is a sweetheart fitting us in when needed. The gentleman that come in to do the work are knowledgeable , quick and fair. Definitely would recommend….

This place is amazing. Not only did they help me with my water heater, but with my air ducts, heater and a busted pipe under the house! They were so sweet, quick, professional and caring. They truly made me feel like family and gave me a great deal and made everything perfect and safe for me and my son. I can’t thank them enough for all that they did. The lady I talked too was super informative, punctual and constantly kept me updated and with before and after pictures making sure I liked everything. My heater has been working wonderfully and my gas water heater has as well. I seriously will only be dealing with this company for all my problems! They are truly amazing people! I am so appreciative of them!
