Excellent! The entire staff, from the Manager to the Technician were wonderful. Very knowledgeable, professional and unfailingly polite. With their clean cut and professional attire and their professional and friendly attitude we were very comfortable allowing them in in our home. We were so impressed that we now use them exclusively!

I can’t express how grateful we are for the excellent service provided by Drew Electric Company, particularly Jeff and Dave. Jeff is truly incredible. Before offering suggestions and a project estimate, he took the time to learn about our needs and plans. I admire how he was always, always available to answer my never-ending questions. Dave was excellent, explaining everything as he went along, making sure to leave the job site neat and tidy at the end of the day. Thanks for a job well done!

Had work done to replace a dangerous outdoor wiring setup. Drew Electric Co. team did a terrific job! Douglas was on-time, very certified, did fantastic work and had reasonable costs. He communicated with me through both email and text, which was very supportive. I will use them for the next electrical job in my house. Keep up the good work!

Drew Electric Co. repaired two items required from the insurance company. They also added a 30 amp service for our RV and hooked up the garbage disposal. Allan and Rob were efficient and explained the work which had been done. Would call Drew Electric Co. again to provide service.

I had Drew Electric Co do some installation on lights and fixtures. They also repaired a line to my oven. They were very professional and even though it was late in the day, they had to leave to get a part and promised to return, which they did. Shout out to Tony and apprentices Jon and Mateo for a job well done!

Please don’t use this company. What I imagine once was a locally owned company has now sold their company or outsourced it to a scam company called “Premium Home Services”. Be aware that Premium Home Services will charge you a “membership” fee to come to your house and will continue to try to make unauthorized charges to your card – even after you call the day after being forced to sign up and cancel the membership. They’ll then tell you to call someone named “Ryan Regan”, but I’m pretty sure that person doesn’t actually exist. Rather when you call “Ryan Regan’s” office it sounds like you’re connected with an offshore call center and given a runaround of why your membership hasn’t been canceled yet and refunded. Thankfully credit cards offer purchase protection so the charges can be disputed, but it’s not worth the hassle. Also the electrician that Premium Home Services sent out failed at replacing a simple light switch, instead leaving the switch hanging out of the electric box and in worse shape then when I called them. Do yourself a favor and find a different local electrician that hasn’t sold out to a company like Premium Home Services. While the initial service charge may seem high, it’ll be worth knowing your problem will be fixed and your credit card won’t be erroneously charged.

BEWARE!!! FAKE google reviews!!! This company doesn’t even exist on Yelp. I made the mistake of trusting Google to show me all those glorious reviews and got tricked into paying $149 membership for waiver of service fees and 10% discount in labor and parts for ALL types of services this ‘electric co’ claimed to provide over the phone. The two technicians I scheduled, one electrician and one plumber were both no show. The plumber finally called and reluctantly quoted me $300 for turning on my sprinkler system, a job that typically costs $60 to $100. That’s when I realized this is total scam. Shame on me for not being suspicious in the first place. Shame on google for allowing those fake reviews to show up!
