Can I give them zero stars? I called because I needed some electric re routed in my basement. I was told to get the 99 dollar plan. I was also told that someone would be out between 9-1 to complete the job. The electrician shows up at 2 pm and reeked of weed. Once he left my basement it smelled strong of it. I understand it’s legal here but you are working and on the clock. The worker left to get supplies. I did not feel comfortable with a stranger doing electric who smelled strongly of marijuana. I called the office and said that this was unprofessional and I wanted to cancel the job. I got a call back from the electrician who admitted to taking a “pull” prior to entering my residence. He also told me he is a sub contractor. He initially was not happy but understood my concern. When I spoke with JR electric I asked to speak with a manager. We’re going on over 5 days now. Still have not heard from anyone in the company. Do not recommen at all

Kelly and Michael from this company were extremely well priced relative to all other companies that quoted the job. More importantly than that, they exhibit a level of professionalism and care unmatched by anyone else I have dealt with in the industry. The team at JR’s Electric Co is extremely trust worthy, patient, and focused.

Fantastic service, excellent standard of work and the job was reasonably priced. Very helpful and provided brilliant advice. Great to deal with and we would highly recommend, would definitely use JR’s Electric Company again.

My electrical panel failed early on a Saturday morning, leaving half of my house without power. Calling electrical contractors on the phone without a referral is a terrible experience. I got lucky and got a call from JR’s Electric Company among other people. They were quick to respond. Correctly assessed the issue. On Monday, the work was completed. The electricians arrived on time, brought the correct parts, were extremely professional and pleasant, and the price was competitive. If you’re unsure which contractor to hire, go with JR’s. You won’t be disappointed.

In the past few years I’ve work with John and his team on many jobs, both large and small. Their work is always neat and very professional. Always provides an aqurate quote before the job starts. I have recommended them many times in the past. They really takes pride and makes sure the job is done right the first time.
