Technician ( I believe Gene) arrived as promised, on time. He was quick, diagnosed problem (broken wire) quickly and made repairs. Very professional and explanatory throughout the entire process. The Service Fee and Diagnostic fees may be at the upper range, but offset by the speed of resolution. It is worth paying for something, when you are treated with the respect and professionalism. I will use Hancock Electric again.

Marcus was professional, responsive and very knowledgeable. He showed up on time and started working immediately making sure to keep me inform on his progress and cleaning up his workspace as he moved throughout the house. I would recommend Hancock Electric Company to everyone.

The experts remained professional, courteous and delightful throughout the process. They came on a SATURDAY evening and fixed my electrical problem which was so simple (an oversight on my part). They didn’t charge me for the visit and checked all the panels and gave friendly advice. I highly recommend Josh for any electrical problems!

We got an estimate and all was very professional and comprehensive. Spoke to Talia many times on the phone; she was organized, skilled, and prompt. Shane came and spoke to our daughter and also my dad over the phone. Obviously he is very knowledgeable. We have not had service done yet as we are getting other quotes as well.

I just wanted to say that I have never seen a better job. The professionalism, no damage to walls, clean new panel installation with a great final cleanup. This team is honest, hard working and goes above and beyond for their customers. They even changed their day around to get me in the same day. Very knowledgeable and professional! I wish all my contractors could be the same. Thanks!

Booked Hancock to look at our fuse box. We waited for the 10-2 four hour window and called at 4 to see what the problem was and were told that they wouldn’t be sending a technician and we’d have to reschedule for another day. Won’t be going through them again.

We are thoroughly happy with our service from Hancock Electric Company. We have an older home that has aluminum wiring and it gave us peace of mind to know he had 40 years experience working on several problems that had come up as well as installing some new fixtures. Highly recommended.

We have a project upgrading our new home and I called Hancock Electric Company to get a general idea of what my project would cost.Marcus was professional and very honest.He came out and accessed the situation and took time to explain the whole process and answer all my questions. He gave a friendly quote and showed up the next day and finished the job on time.I will definitely call Hancock the next time I need an electrician.
