They had to hook up 4 wires I. A hot tub and changered 200 dollar. I would not recommend them again.

Update: After using them again, sadly, to say my previous review went out the window. Employee did the job, but as a female customer, I would not hire them again. This is a company that still has business ethics. From the moment you call until the job is completed, it is smooth sailing. Great customer service, electricians are pleasant and courteous. They go out of their way to satisfy the customer.

This group of people were very easy to work with. New HVAC installed, no mess, and very helpful. The installers had to cut the opening for the new system. They came back and fixed it with new trim. If you’re looking for a company with integrity, this is the one! Cannot say enough great things about them.

I want to tell the Magic Valley about a company that actually backs up their work, honors their customers, and goes above and beyond to even right the wrongs of other shady company’s out there!!! Magic Valley Electric saved the day!!! Me and my wife had mini-spits put in our house around 5 years ago, and about 3 years ago, we kept getting a P6 code. The company, who installed the units and happily sold us an extended warranty only to find out that the warranty never really covered anything. After their lack of knowledge and unwillingness to figure out the code, we were passed on to another company, who, by the way, is also owned by the same family as the original installing company hmmm….. just to do cleaning and maintenance and never address the P6 code all while racking my family with thousands of dollars in service calls and labor, still not addressing the code!!! This not at all awesome set of companys had my family living in a digustingly hot house during the hottest time of year with no sweat off their backs!!! When I went to ask said SHADY company for an itemized receipt, amazingly, they could not find ANY RECORD of our purchase ($14,000 dollars), which just blew my mind. All we wanted was to have working units and the issue resolved!!! I will leave that there and move on to talking about Tucker, Joe, and Travis from Magic Valley Electric. That’s right, the whole MAGIC VALLEY ELECTRIC FAMILY that showed their willingness, availability, and professionalism to make our home a home again!!! I had the honor of receiving a follow-up call from Tucker this morning, ensuring that all was working fine and there were no issues. WHAT A RELIEF to have a local company that stands behind what they do!!!!! My family is beyond thankful and forever appreciative to this MAGIC team!!! Thank you, Laidies and gentelman. Here is to your continued success and knocking it out of the park with amazing local service!!!! P.S. Stay tuned for my not so nice reviews of these two SHADY COMPANY’S. No integrity at the upper management level. Not people of their word. I am a 3rd apprentice moving back to Twin Falls. I applied and interviewed over the phone and they scheduled me an in person interview with Em. At the interview I told them id be returning in 3 weeks and gave them the day I can start work. Em told me he was going to put together an offer letter for me and that he looked forward to me joining the team. I was told to expect an offer letter early the next week. The next week came and by Thursday I called and left messages with both contacts I had. I never got a return phone call. Monday 5 days before I was scheduled to return to Twin I got a hold of Em on the phone finally. Em said that oh I’m sorry I convinced them to go with someone else and we filled the position. That is a poor way to handle people. That is not integrity or honoring their word and to not inform a potential candidate right away if anything changes. I understand business is business, but what about the employees who are promised raises, etc. I had multiple companies offer me a job upon my return so its not a huge deal, but it did not sit well with me as they had the better offer with benefits ect. Magic valley service is not better. Last year I had 3 job interviews with them only to get a call 4 months later informing me they filled the position. In the industry there is a lot of talk about the poor workmanship, the non code compliant work that is performed and fixed by other companies in the area. This is just plain poor management, lack of integrity, lack of leadership within the company from the 2nd or 3rd in the company. Thank you Em for demonstrating what values you represent in your organization.
