Ramsey used to be a 5 star don’t know what happened but now I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM made 2 appointments wasted 2 days waiting they never call to let me know that they would not make it

Called last WK n set up an appointment to come service my furnace ..have used these guys for years…said Fri 15 of Dec n said they would call I took time off of work for this finally called them at 4:40 pm to find out they lady tried telling me we called u a few times I said no you Did Not .she grabbed paper work n didn’t even have my phone no. Some 679 no. Mine has Always been A cell Phone omg their Business practices are horrible will never ..wanted to reschedule told her No I’ll call someone eles… don’t Use them !!!

I gave this company 5 stars 6 months ago and I now unfortunately have to edit it. I don’t leave bad reviews, this is my first time ever writing one. In this case I feel a responsibility to protect others from being treated the way I was today. I have never been treated so terribly by a business ever. This has nothing to do with money or how much I was charged, we haven’t recieved a bill yet, we are very happy to pay our bills and for work that people do on our home. Several Ramsey’s technicians have been trying to fix our AC for the past two weeks. I called this morning to ask a very simple question about what to expect as far as their billing process (is it billed by the job or by how many times a technician comes out) since they have had to return to our home so many times with no results. After just asking the one question very kindly, I was to my surprise attacked. This took me off guard as the last thing I was looking for was confrontation, all I wanted was some information. The owner made it clear that they are not willing to discuss possible costs or a bill until the job is complete and the bill has been sent. It made me very uncomfortable to be yelled at and lectured, especially while I was trying to stay calm and kind. I was also not excited to be working with a company that doesn’t allow their customers to ask questions. After trying to call back and see if I could try and fix the issue sure there had been a misunderstanding I was lectured again and told to find another company, which I happily did, Steve’s Heating and A/C came out and fixed the problem in a few hours and Steve was so kind, knowledgeable, and stayed until he could see the problem was fixed. Be very careful when choosing to work with Ramsey’s, it will probably be fine if you don’t ask them any questions and avoid talking to the owners… Yikes.

I highly recommend going into the store. I have the best customer service ever. It’s like stepping back in time. Thanks so much for being a awesome company and helping me out with my exhaust fan.

They Tell U One Thing Another Thing Afterwards But They Don’t Fix The Problem, Worse Service Ever.. 3 Guys Came By Since Last Year N Not One Could Fix My AC,They Said They Wouldn’t Billed Me, But They Did Afterwards N My AC Still Not Fixed…. I Do Not Recommend This Place At All Don’t Waist Ur Money On Them,…

READ THE OTHER 1 STAR REVIEWS. They are 100% accurate. When calling their office you receive a response from a lady who has no interest in the success of the company. We had a new central air conditioning installed 2 years ago. It was installed incorrectly and leaked. When we called them to fix it they got us through the 1 year warranty simply by adding fluid. We are now stuck with a leaky AC unit that costs $400 dollars a summer to maintain, no warranty, and no willingness to assist. Believe me when I say this company could go under any day now by how they treat their customers and word getting spread. I’m not sure how they are still open. I am begging you to go literally anywhere for your services! It’s a losing game for you here.

Very disappointed with Ramsey’s service. We had them install central air and the next year it was leaking. All they did was refill the refrigerant and even then tried to charge me for that. Obviously it didn’t last but they wouldn’t take care of the leak. We also tried to have them fix our furnace when it stopped working and after 5+ calls and 4+ visits the problem still wasn’t fixed so we called another company who took care of it right away. If you want things done correctly and in a reasonable time frame definitely do NOT use Ramsey’s.

Went in to pay my bill and dared to ask a question charges for a job that hasn’t been finished. Endured being screamed at by a woman who obviously had a bad day caused by something other than my question, watched her tear up my check, threaten to tear up a second check I attempted to write, and was informed that she does not care in the least for my return business…after being informed that it was MY job to call the business and report what work had/had not been done, not the technician’s. Definitely done with Ramsey’s Heating and Electric.

My heating unit would not shut off. They came over and fixed it in a timely manner. They are very affordable, reliable, and honest.
