We had spring maintenance done last month and had to spend nearly $2k to replace some things. After all of this, and multiple technicians telling us our unit was fine, it just went out yesterday. We have their “priority service” plan but no one could get out here for 3 days. Unacceptable.

A little pricey but I just wanted my kitchen remodel to be done. The electrician Justin was very helpful and did an awesome job he went beyond my expectations.

NOT A RESPONSIVE COMPANY. Tech was great, but can’t get anyone to respond to my emails. Filled out their contact us form and never got a response. Then filled out the contact our president directly form and also did not get a response. They must be paying for their reviews if it’s this high and the customer service is this bad.

I had a wall socket installed above my fireplace, and a motorized TV mount installation. Chris our technician came and installed the TV mount and electrical socket for the TV above the fireplace. Chris did a great job and even though the job took a little longer to figure out Chris still made sure we were happy with the decision. The professionalism and friendlyness is a perfect balance Chris did not let the complicated TV mount effect his work or customer service. The pricing was fair, I definitely feel like I got my money’s worth with how everything turned out. Side note: I talked to multiple electricians about the small project and Chris was the only one who cared enough to not have me cut through dry wall unnecessarily. This is the company you should go with, if you get Chris you will be in good hands.

I can honestly say I have never dealt with a more unprofessional and I even hate to say incompetent company. This company has taken a stressful time and what’s already been a major issue with our home, and turned it into an absolute nightmare We had this company come out to investigate a sewage backup we had been dealing with. The tech came out 10-6-2023 days to basically snake the toilet that has backed up which was full of sewage that he sprayed all over our floors, ceilings and walls. Never made an effort to clean or remediate. He then said he would return this week on Tuesday to run the camera to investigate the line. He shows up well over an hour late in a four hour window that we had already been given by them just to tell us that he was under the impression someone else had come to run the camera first and basically made his visit pointless. So yesterday 10/10/23 another technician comes out to run the camera on our sewage lines from an upstairs bathroom in our home where the toilet that he used to run the camera was not properly reinstalled and flooded and came thru the floors and ceiling downstairs. We called Ragsdale this morning to express the issues or concerns we had to which really no concern and empathy was shown whatsoever. Not only that, but we were presented with multiple different quotes none of which made any sense to complete the repairs. I will be contacting a local consumer investigator as well as an attorney about the damage that’s been caused to our home. If you read this, I urge you do not make the mistake that we made by trusting the reviews that have been written about this company. We trusted them with our home and they have left us with more damage and issues than when we started. Don’t let this happen to you. This company does not deserve five stars, and definitely does not know how to treat their customers.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Brandon Barber is always professional and gave excellent customer service. He was very knowledgeable while explaining everything in detail so I would understand my AC unit. His calm demeanor is a plus and I appreciate Ragsdale sending him back again. Benjamin was also professional.

Amazing customer service and great work. I had some fairly minor plumbing hardware that needed to be installed, and Tahj was the one that came out to help me get everything done. From working with me schedule-wise, to a few unforeseen bumps in the road, to ultimately completing the work in a timely manner, Tahj was so kind and professional! Will definitely be using Ragsdale again in the future.

Very honest business. After a reapir is done, they will fix it for free if you have the same issue. Everyone from Ragsdale is professional and kind. I rely on Ragsdale for electrical, plumbing, and Hvac issues. It would be perfect if they do the garage door installation and maintenance too.
