I cannot thank this company enough – had a flood in our office late Sunday night. They came out FIRST THING on Monday morning to fix our plumbing lines, and did it fast! They were very nice and helpful. I even called back because I was concerned about a shower in the upstairs office apartment, and they even offered stopped back by during their busy day to make sure I had peace of mind and was able to run everything with no issues (I was too scared to touch anything in fear of starting another flood!). As a woman that is 6 months pregnant – they really calmed my nerves, were professional, and quick! Also, the receptionist was very kind and helpful, and explained things perfectly. They turned a nightmare into a quick fix!!!! USE THESE FOLKS!!!! Thank yall again!!!!! 🙂 🙂

I have called 3 times in the past 15 months, nobody ever answers – it goes to voicemail and then nobody returns your voicemail either. If they’re too busy to take my money and too uncoordinated to return calls, then oh well.

We had a leak in one of our water lines that was causing a huge reduction in water pressure in our house. Neal’s Plumbing came out right away, and did a great job. They located the broken pipe, and repaired it in about one hour at a fair price, and our problem was solved. The two guys that did the work were very friendly, and really knew their stuff. I highly recommend Neal’s Plumbing and Electrical for their great work.

We had our hot water heater go out and called first thing Monday morning — the call staff was amazing and they were able to get a team out to us that afternoon. Very knowledgeable – they were able to diagnose the issue quickly and were able to quickly replace the unit the same afternoon. The work was very fast, very clean, and the two men that worked on it couldn’t have been nicer. 10/10 – we’ll be reaching out to Neal’s Plumbing & Electrical for any future needs!

NEAL AND HIS CREW HAVE DONE JUST ABOUT EVERY PLUMBING A/O ELECTRICAL JOB WE’VE NEEDED DONE OVER THE PAST 20 YEARS. THESE SERVICES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: REPLACING A HOT WATER HEATER, RE-SEATING A TOILET, DOING SOMETHING THAT GOT OUR WATER PUMP WORKING, EVEN NOTICED ME IN MY TRUCK AFTER I’D BACKED INTO THE DITCH IN FRONT OF NIKKO’S RESTAURANT, TURNED AROUND, CAME BACK AND PULLED ME OUT. I IMAGINE THE AUTHOR(S) OF THE FIRST 2 REVIEWS ARE UNETHICAL COMPETITORS.
