Sometimes you “get it done” and sometimes you “get it done right”. With Joshua, I got them both and to tee. He was knowledgeable and attentive, and looked at my entire system and fixed several problems that I didn’t even know I had. I was very satisfied

I would rate this vendor as a 0 because the technician did no troubleshooting and did gave me the wrong information. This caused a further delay in fixing my problem. I raised this as a concern and I had also spoken to their plumbing manager who was of the view that TE will not diagnose the issue if you explicitly do not tell us. We will rather just do what we think is the issue and charge you for that. Also because the symptoms to the problem could be similar it is not our responsibility to troubleshoot the issue”. I would avoid them at all costs. There are some excellent local plumbers who will diagnose the issue and give you excellent service.
