Upon completion, I was very disappointed in the vast amount of damage to my property, ie. front yard. His stated the ground was extremely saturated due to the leak. It follows that special care and time should have been taken. Hunter rushed me to look at the completed installation and sign the contract. I did not. I was in shock. He then stated they aren’t responsible for landscaping. Again, I understand that, but to completely trample two small bushes and cut my landscaping lights is totally unacceptable. He then hastily removed the pine straw off my damaged bushes. Grabbed the light out of my hand and stuck it in the ground. When I held up the cut wire, and stated the cost of installing my landscaping lights, he didn’t seem to care. Handed me the phone to sign. I stalled in signing it. He then said his installation supervisor Steven would call me in regards to an electrician for my landscaping lights. The signed contract would be in my email. I checked my email and noticed a price increase. I called first then Monday and was informed Customer service would call me back. I reached out to them several times throughout the day. To include, requesting Steve. No one has reached out to me. I did receive this same survey request, but didn’t respond as I wanted to give Bardi the opportunity to at least talk to me. Also, may I add, Hunter is the second crew to come out. The first crew was confused on where to drill in to access the waterline. It’s possible, they may have done a better job in the installation. Your home is your biggest investment after your children. My home sits in the middle of the cul-de-sac, very visible. Thus the nice plants/flowers/garden in front, pretty landscaping lights (also security; no one hide in bushes). Now I have to purchase, sand, seeds, and sod, as well contact my lights landscaping company. I wouldn’t recommend Bardi Plumbing to anyone due to the quality of service and price bating. This review is a little belated, but must be done. We had such a wonderful experience with Jason Yarnell of Bardi. He is very knowledgeable about what needed to be done for our AC to come back on. Within a few minutes, he spotted the issued and went straight to work. He’s also very personable and enthusiastic about what he does. Thanks Jason.
