Thomas Walker Electric performed electric work as a sub-contractor, on a commercial restaurant property I own which suffered fire damage as a result of an electrical fire and needed to be remodeled/rebuilt (mainly kitchen space). As of February 2023, a stop work notice was issued by Walton County for “unresolved electrical issues” and electric not meeting 2020 National Electric Code. Given there were two different electricians that pulled permits, I contacted Thomas Walker Electric with the hope of getting a statement of work provided (the general contractor refused to provide me one) so I would at least have a start point moving forward. Per telephone conversation with Thomas Walker Electric, I was told no statement of work would be forthcoming. Seems to me a company which stood behind their work would have no issue providing a copy of what work they did.

Never heard a good thing about them give your business to any other electrical company when there done someone has to go behind them to fix there mistakes

Owner scheduled a repair without confirmation from me following a quote. Told him I was going with someone more reasonably priced and he “anonymously” reported me to county code enforcement. Real class act buddy. By the way, code enforcement was not happy you wasted their time.
