Unprofessional and cant vouch for there work as they did none. Complete Electric are a subcontractor for FPL AKA Home serve. We have a problem with our supply line coming in to our house burnt wire from the incoming line to the meter covered by a policy that we purchased from FPL. I contacted FPL and setup an appointment with Complete Electric between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm at 8:00 am the day before so a day with the possibility my house could burn down we spent the night with our friends to avoid posable injurie. At 9:30 am I got a text message from Incomplete Electric saying my appointment was canceled by FPL. Not understanding why I called FPL (Home serve) and asked why my appointment was canceled by them they said they did not cancel the appointment. So They lied about FPL canceling and were very dismissive on the phone. Meanwhile We have a potential fire hazard that could burn down my house. I am a very handy person and do the work Myself but FPL will only let contracted electricians do the work. So if my house burns down because of this issue I will defiantly let my insurance compony know how this all played out and who to contact. I had to give one star to post and you cant give negative stars or I would.

Service man Eric was EARLY and fixed a 6 month issue quick and easily HE IS HANDS DOWN THE BEST !!!!!!!!

I called to try and get a quote for installing service entrance in a new home and after explaining what I wanted, the representative of this “company” started talking about poles and meters being set. At that point I went into great detail about what I needed done explaining I needed 200a service installed so I only needed a quote for running 4/0 SE cable and it needed to be underground until under the house then could go on top of the ground in conduit to the pipe up to the house panel….I guess he did not like me knowing more about what needed done than he did, so he hung up on me….on my call back to see why, it went to voice mail. Very professional gentlemen….very professional

The repairman, Eric, is very knowledgeable and professional. He arrived on time, analyzed my problems, explained in detail what I needed to know. Just by his work skills, one could sense that he has been in the electrical business for many years. He completed the complicated job in a timely manner and charged a fair price. I highly recommend Complete Electric.

They came a few months ago and completed several things around the house that we needed and also repaired some wiring problems created by another business that quit in the middle of the job. Since then I had a complete circuit go out and after checking the breakers which were fine I called Complete Electric. Eric told me some things to try and my problem was fixed. I was impressed he remembered me as a customer and made every effort to help me solve my problem over the phone. He could have scheduled an appointment and charged me a service call but he did not. I would recommend Complete Electric to anyone who has some electrical issues at their home or business.

Eric is a professional. He knows his stuff and he got me out of a mess that a bad contractor left behind. He worked with me and gave me suggestions. He is the only electrician I will call again. Very good service and would recommend for any electrical installation work maintenance or repair.

I first had Eric install some exterior lighting at my home, everything went great. He was professional, punctual, and courtious. Then he completed an inspection at a family members home, again everything went great and one wire was found needing replacement. I had issues setting up my appointment online and called Eric for help a couple times and left messages but never received a reply. I was finally able to schedule an appointment and received a text confirming the date and time. At 830 pm the night before the appointment i received another text rescheduling for a few days later. I was at the home on the appointment date and time. i sat there for over two hours. i never saw or heard from Eric so i text him the confirmation text i received for the last appointment date and time. I still havent received a call or text a week later

We tried multiple times to get a break down of our bill. We had paid for the same service at our TN home which was 1/2 the price. We never got an explanation or a conversation.

Eric with Complete Electric is exactly what we needed – honest, explained everything, an EXTREMELY knowledgeable in this field. We have been without electricity in several rooms for 7 months, since the hurricane, and he shows up, analyzed the situation, tested and FIXED IT immediately. I am so grateful. He is coming back to do some additional work and I have no problem having him come in while I am not home as he is very trustworthy, competant and an all around nice guy. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a small or big electric job. Thank you Eric! You have a very happy customer here!
