So disappointed in this company. My husband and I shopped around for electricians to put up a fan in our living space. We explain that it’s a high ceiling and even told them it was 20 feet. they said no problem and that they had scaffolding and do this all the time. They only brought a 12 foot ladder during our scheduled time because one of them is tall and they tried to reach and realized it wouldn’t work. My husband told them it wouldn’t. So they said they would be here the next day with their bigger ladder. We arranged and changed our plans for the following day to accommodate their schedule. They called us a half an hour before their scheduled time and said they would arrive within 30 minutes. A few minutes later we received a vague text that stated “We are unfortunately not gonna be able to do the work“. We had no idea if that meant today or at all. My Husband texted them and left them a voicemail. They did not respond. I left two voicemails. Finally I received a text that said we think we can reschedule, I’ll call you later. Never heard from them. We spent two days waiting for them to show up, we changed plans and missed events. I understand that emergencies happen but you need to communicate with your customers. we have heard nothing. If you want a reliable and dependable electrician, I would go somewhere else.

Michael and Oscar are the BEST!!! Others might tell you something can’t be done, but they get the job done! Two of the nicest gentlemen you will meet. They worked around my work schedule too! They put in a light over my shower, relocated my laundry light, installed a GFCI outlet in my kitchen, raised my bathroom light fixtures, and added additional outlets where I needed them. I am so happy I happened upon them on goole, and am extremely pleased with everything! I will call them if I need anything else! Hire them, you won’t be disappointed!
