We lost power to all 40 volt lines and needed emergency help. ONYX Electric was highly recommended on Next Door. Although they had no availability to send one out for days, their office angel Abby called back and shuffled some things around and got us an appt at 7:30 am. The Electrician Kevin was on time, courteous and diagnosed the problem, Unfortunatley it is with Duke Energy. He had me call them and then he spoke to them on my behalf relating his findings. Would highly recommend this company. They showed a caring and professional demeanor from beginning to end.

Alex was very helpful…..he went above and beyond whilst replacing an electric motor on our boat lift. We needed to be able to use the boat before we were able to get another company to come out and repair it. Onyx came out and replaced the electric motor and we are ready for the weekend and our granddaughter from out of town. Keep up the good work!!
