our fixtures and outlets were expertly installed by miami speedy commercial electricians. they also installed our nest, but there was a minor hiccup with an error message during setup. however, their electrician, edward, promptly returned and after some thorough troubleshooting, he discovered that an additional wire needed to be connected to the boiler. this was something not mentioned in the instructions, and a quick youtube search showed that others had experienced similar complications even long after installation. edward arranged for a follow-up estimate and even fixed our old thermostat. we really appreciated his diligence and quick response, especially since we needed our heating system up and running. i can’t say i’m a huge fan of the nest, but i can’t fault miami speedy commercial electricians – they were excellent.
