Felt hustled. The tech that came removed the breakers and said I needed new ones. When I told him I couldn’t have the service done at the time and asked him to put them back, he said he couldn’t put them back and if I didn’t have them fixed, I’d be without power. I spoke with a different electrician about it and I was told he could’ve definitely put them back. On top of that, he told me the water heater was too strong for my unit and he would have to disconnect it until I switch out and get a heater that fits my unit better- this meant no hot water until I fixed it. The water was still hot after he left because he had disconnected the wrong wires. Needless to say, I won’t be using this company again.

Frank Herrera was great with us! He was kind, understanding, diligent and asked me questions before proceeding with the work. Contractors often times can be the complete opposite but Frank was perfect. Did a great job and I recommend him HIGHLY!!! Good work and nice guy!!!

Frank installed and or repaired a number of fixtures in our older (40 years old) house including fixing a couple of unsafe conditions. He left everything shiny new and working, cleaned up after himself, and everything was safer than when he started.
