We have had Scott and his team on 3 different occasions, come to our house and help us out. They were and are extremely professional, do quality work and are very very communicative. We used Baxter Electric for our 100 amp service to our metal building. They ran 80’ of underground, setup our panel and did the outlets and lighting. I would highly recommend Baxter Electric!

I set up an afternoon appointment. I got a text message at 8:12 am saying there were here and that I had until 8:15 or they were going to leave. They never even bothered to get out of their vehicle and knock on the door. When I texted back they ignored my first few messages finally responding saying they were in a meeting and would call soon. 2 hours passed and I finally sent another text where I again got a message that they were in a meeting and if I wanted them to come back out it would have to be next week. No thanks!!! What happens next week when they decide to show up whenever is convenient for them instead of the actual time frame the appointment was set? They give me 3 minutes to respond to a text when they showed up 4 hours early. Very unprofessional. Very inconsiderate and very rude.I do not recommend this company.

Called them based on a friend’s recommendation. They showed up earlier than planned, wasted no time and got to work. Confident and competent workers completed the work on Tim and even showed me what was done and that it worked before cleaning up. I will definitely call again!!

We hired Baxter electric to install an outdoor outlet to power our motorized patio screens. Ian and Phil were very professional and performed great work! Will definitely be calling them again for future electrical needs.

We just moved to Merritt Island. Finding a new contractor can be iffy. I am so glad I found Scott, Ian and the crew. They were prompt, professional, and priced fair. I can not recommend them enough. You guys ROCK!!!!
