Vincent is very attentive and detail oriented. He is very careful when fixing or putting things together without damaging it. He also cleaned up all the debris after the work was done. Highly recommend Vincent!

Vincent did a fabulous job caulking my baseboards where they didn’t meet the floor (or the wall) for a like new appearance after painting. He was prompt, courteous, and clean. I’ll definitely keep this company in my phone for future projects. Recommend!

Loved working with this company. Recently opening a brick and mortar business and it has been such pain trying to find honest, quality, and timely contractors. Home Repairs and Maintenance is an awesome company to work with. I’m glad to have a team I can trust. The owner was so kind and easy to work with. He arrived on-time (if not a bit earlier – which I love), worked efficiently and effectively, AND cleaned up afterwards! Great service. Affordable. Highly recommended.

Vincent repaired bedroom door molding. We thought it needed replacing, but it worked out perfect. He had everything needed to do the job. He replaced 6 venetian blinds with new ones. He measured each one and brought them here and installed them. We didn’t have to do a thing. We already have more work set up, because honesty, knowledge and respect are key. He cleaned up everything and left nothing behind but excellent work. Thank you, The Larvenz and Woodward family
