Putting out a recent review here because all of the rest are over a year old. I’ve been trying to get this company to provide an estimate for work since February of 2023 and now it’s June 1 and still no estimate. The first time I called in February, they said that it would take about two months to come out for the estimate, and I waited. I finally received an appointment, which 3Js called to postpone – this happened twice. The second appointment cancellation came this week with the first excuse being that the technician was sick and the second excuse was that two technicians left the company. I wonder why…. I’m done pursuing this company. Never did get to rate the quality of their work, but this might give you a sense of how that might go.

First time using this company and what A great experience! Jason was able to come to our condo on Marco and fix everything and was extremely knowledgeable! Will definitely be using this company in the future!
