My AC stopped working after they serviced it 4 days earlier. I called them to have them come to check it, and they said they didn’t have anyone available until 3 days, when they are a 24-hour service company with on-call. Doesn’t make any sense!

Wow! what a great job, Osvel Torres the technician was amazing the whole team went beyond my expectations ,They rook their time to explain and walk me through the whole process, I highly recommend the company, thank for a job well done. Other than Adam the sales person lying to me, you see he had no reason to tell me that I was going to received a $46 refund for the diferencie on the price quoted and the finance charged. A company like this don’t need lying sales people

Best install I ever had. David was super funny and made me laugh the whole time. Gave me a better deal ($2000 cheaper) than a competitor. I am happy all the way. ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️

This company is great. We had some work done on our house and when going to bed we noticed the Ac was no longer working. Thinking we would just leave a message for the morning person we called. Within 2 rings and 5 minutes we were setup with an appointment for the next morning. Morning time rolls around and Ray is there in a reasonable time. I explained my issue and he fixed it in 10 minutes! It was a reasonable price. Thanks for being a Ray- of Sunshine on a hot Monday morning.

Max, is an absolute asset to this company. Professional, punctual, honest and thorough. Our overall opinion of USHAC has been affected by numerous service calls and issues with the system which we had installed. Purely rating Max, this is a 5 star review. I cannot yet give the company 5 stars as there is still outstanding work pending. ***Adding to this review as it won’t let me make a new one. Andrew is a great technician. Patient. Thorough. Neat. Very good experience with him and although we continue to have issues with the system and the company, it does not negate the hard work of these two individuals.

The tech was great, respectful, friendly and knows what he is doing. The schedule through U.S. Heating and Air Conditioning is the worst. It took the tech 1 day x 3 weeks to complete a job of 2 to 3 days.

We are very happy with US Heating & Air They have been the company we have used for years now. Today Ray was here to do a maintenance check . He was very polite, professional & punctual . He was great ! We appreciate the level of service we get every time we ever need them . Thank you !!
