After booking to come out to change circuit breaker they called after waiting over 3 hours to change it next day between 9 -12 called at 1 pm to see change to next day after 2 days waiting cancel project feel like I was small repair that Duncan wasn’t making money from me that they rather be doing bigger repairs . Service was lousy.

The best customer service I’ve ever experienced! Thank you so much Duncan Electrical Service for coming to our aid today when our home experienced a power outage! They were not only quick in and out, but they also charged us a fair price. They did an outstanding job and didn’t give up until the problem was solved! Five out of five stars!

I wanted the best at a good price and Duncan Electrical Service delivered. I needed electrical work done in a short time period and I didn’t want to be overcharged for it. Duncan Electrical Service was so efficient that they saved me money by doing the work in a short period of time and it was great work. I would highly recommend them!

The technician from this place was very courteous and clearly understood how to troubleshoot my problem. Although no repairs were necessary due to a power outage, he contacted the utility company and got the power restored back. he was able to fix my problem right away and I was very satisfied. I would highly recommend him and Duncan Electrical Service!!

Very impressed with these guys.They are very professional, quick and efficient. They installed additional electrical wiring and outlets in our garage, put in a breaker to control the outlet for an air compressor, added LED light for the garage and installed security lighting around our home. Would definitely recommend them.
